1. Following initial two-year service plan, additional charges will apply for remote support connection and repairs for customers not on subscription plan. Additional charges may apply for software upgrades and cloud storage for customers not on a service plan. There is no commitment to move to a service plan after 2 years, but customers have an option to purchase a service plan after initial term.
2. Based on 10,000 scans, mean transfer time, defined as the time between the practice sending the iTero scan and the dental laboratory receiving it, is 4.6min. May vary based on internet connection. Data on file at Align Technology, as of February 12, 2020.
3. Keating Dental Lab disclosures:
- Keating Dental Lab offer is only good for US based licensed dentists and cannot be combined with any other offer.
- This offer is based on total of $2,000 lab credit and have no cash value and only offered by Keating Dental Lab.
- A maximum lab credit of $500 per month can be used towards iTero digital scans.
- The dentist/dental office must use Keating Dental Lab to fabricate the restoration during this promotion.
- The dentist/dental office agrees to pay the current/published retail prices for any work that exceeds the lab credit issued.
- Total credit must be used within four consecutive month from date of iTero scanner installation.
- Unused credit will not be carried over to the following month. No exceptions.
- This offer can be changed, or discontinued at Keating Dental Lab’s discretion, and without prior notice.
