Job Description
Keating Dental Lab, a full service digitally equipped dental laboratory, is looking for an experienced full-time CAD/CAM designer. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of CAD/CAM designing experience and a great work ethic. We offer an excellent paying salary and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance as well as paid holidays and vacations with 401(k) plan.

Skills/Qualifications

Job Description
Keating Dental Lab is looking for a Removable Department Manager for a fast-paced partial and denture department. Our ideal candidate is someone with 5 to 10 years’ experience in the dental laboratory environment, should have product/service knowledge, and the ability to resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency, and are confident at troubleshooting and investigation to help resolve customer complaints. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Management of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve product satisfaction.
- Build relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- To oversee Removable Department.
Skills/Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of partials and dentures.
- Knowledge of digital workflow.
- Understanding of quality control.
- Great organizational skills.
- Excellent management and communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing factors, conditions, or environments.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft, Excel and Magic Touch a plus.
