The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Responsible for generating revenue by retaining and growing a defined territory client base. Duties include but not limited to daily client calls, daily/weekly client assessments to monthly revenue goals, evaluating and qualifying new revenue growth and recommending new products/services to the client base. The Customer Service Representative works closely with the New Business Development team on new offerings, promotions, and sales aids. 
Core Job Responsibilities:
  • Makes daily client calls to assure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Makes a minimum of 100 calls per day to assigned existing customer base.
  • Identifies market potential by qualifying current client accounts for growth.
  • Initiates sales process understanding client’s restorative needs.  
  • Closes new product growth by building rapport with the current account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections preparing follow-up materials to secure new business.
  • Expand sales to existing accounts by introducing new product and services, developing new applications.
  • Recommends new products and services by evaluating product results; identifying needs to be filled.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment on sales activities. 
Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree, preferred.
  • 2 years of previous phone experience preferred 

Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8 hours, day shift

The Receptionist will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing. The primary duties are; answer a multi line phone system, place calls on hold, transfer calls to various departments’ and assist customers via telephone and/or in person. You must be able to handle an incoming call volume of 200/300 calls dally. You must be punctual, have effective time management skills, excellent vocal and written communication, You may be required to assist upper management with various projects that will be performed at your desk. A dental background or experience is beneficial.

Need to be proficient with: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Faxing and Printing

Minimum of 2 years experience

Keating Dental Lab is looking to hire a Plaster Technician for our Plaster Department. Applicant should have knowledge and 2 years’ experience in a high volume dental laboratory plaster department in the following:

  • Pouring impression
  • trimming models
  • articulation
  • sectioning disc
  • evaluation of RX and following written instructions
  • attention to detail
