Shaun Keating: Hey, everybody. I’d like to welcome you to this week’s Dental Up Podcast here at Keating Dental Lab in Irvine, California. I’d like to thank you for tuning in this week. We’re real excited. We have Dr. Tuan Pham. He is from Austin, Texas. Dr. Pham, what’s up, baby?

Dr. Pham: I’m doing well. How are you?

Shaun Keating: Man. I’m living the dream, dude. It’s just awesome. Awesome to have you. I’ve always watched you from afar on Dentaltown. I know we do a few cases here and there with you, with CEREC Connect and stuff, but dude, I’ve always loved your enthusiasm, your just positive attitude and you know, it really sticks out of all the people that I see in the industry and then on Dentaltown and stuff. You’ve always stuck out with me, I think because you’re a big car lover, and I love you for that. I’m excited to have you on this week. Thanks for coming on, dude.

Dr. Pham: Thanks for the invite. I’ve seen all your posts and I’ve seen your cars that you have. They are amazing cars. I’m very envious.

Shaun Keating: I remember one time, I was listening to you or reading. You were talking about, all of a sudden you talked about an E63AMG wagon.

Dr. Pham: AMG wagon, sure.

Shaun Keating: I have to have a company car here. We have different wagons and stuff and different … I think we had a Ford Flex for a while. Then we upgrade that to a Q7. I never liked that. I went out to the Mercedes dealership at lunchtime, and I came back with an E63. It was a used one. It was a couple of years old, but it was white and I’m a white car guy. It had red interior. It had all carbon fiber. Thing was, sticker was really high. The dude traded it in for something after a custom order. I drove out of there in half an hour. The freaking car is my favorite driver. Out of all my cars, I drive that … In fact, I’m getting tires on it today. I get tires every 3,000 miles on that thing because I’m just shredding them. It’s just fun as hell. I love that thing, man.

Dr. Pham: I remember your post. You were like, “I went to lunch. I bought this.” I’m like, “Dude. That’s so sweet.” That car is beautiful.

Shaun Keating: It’s a best.

Dr. Pham: It’s a sleeper best.

Shaun Keating: Yeah, people don’t realize it. Even when you start it up, my neighbors always say, “When you start up that little wagon, I hear it down the end of the block. It sounds like a little dragster. It’s kind of like a little hot rod.” Rumble. It’s a twin turbo, V8 freaking just monster. Thank you for that, man. I love that thing. Thank you so much. Hey, dude, I always like to start off a little bit in sports talking about it. Not a whole lot going on, but you’re out in Austin, Texas, dude. My good friend lives out there. We’ll talk about that in a little bit, but what about in sports, man? You guys, you got Houston Texans fan, or are you a Dallas Cowboys football? Tell me a little bit about your likes out there in the great state of Texas.

Dr. Pham: I’m from Texas, so I love football. I’m a big fan of, I’d say if I had to pick NFL or college, I’m a big college football fan. I went to UT. I’m a Longhorn, so I lived in the glory days where Mack Brown was kicking butt and we were winning all these national championships. Now we’ve been on a downturn for about a decade or more. I’m excited we’ve got the new coach in. Hopefully this year will be turning around. I love it when for me, the good season, I love it towards the end of the year because it’s hot as hell in Texas. When September rolls around, it’s football time. That tapers into the fall. We’ve got Halloween. We’ve got Thanksgiving. We’ve got Christmas. Once football season comes in, it’s like the rest of the year just breezes on for me. I’m like, “I’ve got something to do every week now.”

Shaun Keating: They treat football in Texas like religion. At the high school level, I mean, they close down those little towns. It’s really a neat thing, dude, the spirit and just how they take football to a whole different level there in Texas. That’s huge, man.

Dr. Pham: It’s great. I love it. You’ve got Thursday night football. You’ve got Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights. I mean, you’ve got football nonstop.

Shaun Keating: It really is, man.

Dr. Pham: Absolutely.

Shaun Keating: I can’t wait for it to start. We’ve got the Rams here. We’re not that great, but it’s something. We lost them for a long time, and now we got them back, so I’m excited. Heck, I’m sitting there. They’re sending me a little thing in the mail today or the email about season tickets. It’s still not even available until ’19 or ’20 now. They have these special things. You’ve got to buy a seat license thing. For the seats I want, you’ve got to pay like $80 grand just for the license to be able to buy the darn tickets.

Dr. Pham: Wow.

Shaun Keating: Kind of crazy, but …

Dr. Pham: Wow. That’s crazy.

Shaun Keating: Yeah. It’s a lot. It is what it is. Dude, you’re in Austin, Texas, man.

Dr. Pham: Yes, sir.

Shaun Keating: Where is … Is Texas Longhorns, are they in Austin, or no?

Dr. Pham: Of course. Yes. University of Texas. The glorious University of Texas of Austin. Yes. I went to school over there. I had a great time. I think what I learned in college, I learned to drink beer quite well. That’s what I learned.

Shaun Keating: That’s so awesome, man. My best friend I went grew up with in elementary and junior high, he moved out when he was a senior. He kind of got in trouble at home. His dad kicked him out of the house. He went to live with mom who lived in Austin, so he’s lived there ever since. I’ve never visited him. He always comes back and visits me. You have a thing coming on on … You have a seminar, or it’s a Dental Maverick course. We’ll get into this. That’s August 4th and 5th, so I’m going to be probably coming out. I’ll come and say hi to you a little bit, but I’m going to be going with my buddy Mark. I want to go to that Franklin Barbecue.

Dr. Pham: Yes, sir.

Shaun Keating: I got to go wait three hours. We’re going to go at six in the morning I think on Friday morning. I want to get there. I want that brisket. I want to try all that stuff, dude.

Dr. Pham: Wake up, bring some chairs. Bring some lawn chairs. Bring some beer. Enjoy the experience. It’s a good time. It’s good food. You’re making me hungry right now.

Shaun Keating: Dude, I had freaking [inaudible 00:06:23] for lunch at Lucille’s Barbecue, but it ain’t nothing like … I hear Franklin’s, and there’s several others in Austin that …

Dr. Pham: There’s so many barbecue places.

Shaun Keating: It’s neat, man, how they treat their food and their barbecue. Dude, that is so cool, you know? I’m excited.

Dr. Pham: I look forward to hanging out with you.

Shaun Keating: Yeah, man. I’m telling you. My wife is not too happy about going to another dental meeting, but I’m going to have to work on her a little bit. We’re going to have fun. Yeah, I’ve never been to the state of Texas in my life, so it’ll be kind of cool just to see it. We’ve got quite a few doctors from Texas. They’re all big time guys. They’re all pretty confident people out in Texas. They don’t mess around there. I tell you, of all the economies in all the United States, it seems like Texas is always kind of booming and kicking ass there. Kind of neat.

Dr. Pham: Yeah.

Shaun Keating: Dude, tell me a little bit, how did you get involved in dentistry? Tell me a little bit about it and how you started off there, Dr. Pham.

Dr. Pham: Well, like I said, I went to the University of Texas at Austin. I’m a nerd. I went to college with like, 60 hours or something like that. At one point, I was at 90 hours or something like that. I remember this lady, Judy. She was an advisor. She’s like, “What are you going to do with your life?” I was like, “I don’t know. I’m having fun right now.” She was like, “Well, you’re almost going to graduate soon. You need to plan on it,” and I’m a planner. I was like, “Give me two weeks. I’m going to come back. I’m going to tell you what I want to do.” I remember going back to my dorm, and I sat there. I’m like, “What do I want in life?” This is actually very important. I teach a lot of doctors this too, because if you don’t know what you want in life, how are you going to direct yourself?

I tell people, “You’ve got to be true to yourself.” Some people, as doctors, we want time, money, independence, whatever. I remember I was in college. I was like, “I don’t want to work Fridays. It is my life goal to not work Fridays and always have a three day weekend.” I was like, “Who does that? I know my dentist did that.” I was like, “I should be a dentist.” I looked into this. I was like, “I kind of like this.” I came back two weeks later. I told her, I was like, “I’m going to be a dentist,” and that was that. I chose that path. After that, I made commitments to volunteer, check it out. It was something cool. I could work with my hands, because I like working with my hands. I enjoy and love talking to people. That’s probably my favorite part of the job. That’s why I chose to become a dentist. I ended up loving it. Part of it is luck and part of it is create an environment you want. Going back to college, that was the reason why I chose dentistry.

Shaun Keating: You know, sometimes guys will choose it because their teeth are jacked up when they’re growing up, or they just find … Like my brother got into it, because his teeth, my oldest brother, they were going every which way. He always was involved with the orthodontist and all that stuff and dentists growing up. Then he knew he wanted to be a dentist. For you to be able to just pull it out of a hat at the end and be so successful, you can’t teach that, dude. That’s freaking awesome. That is so cool. Tell me, what is Dental Maverick? Did you come up with that name? It’s kind of like Top Gun. You’re Maverick, huh? You’re in the dental world.

Dr. Pham: Yes, sir. Yes, sir. As with any business, you’ve got to have a good name, or at least a catchy name. I started with that, but the name didn’t come first. I’m a Dentaltown guy. I love reading Dentaltown. I think it’s a great resource. It allows people to talk to each other. There’s good and bads about it, but overall, I think it’s a great thing to have and participate in. Through the years, I’ve read many things. One of the main themes that I see is that there’s a lot of doctors that, what it boils down to is they don’t feel like they have control. You’ll see a lot of threads like, “I don’t like it that my assistant doesn’t do this,” or, “How do I get my office to do this?” I don’t know if you saw that thread. Someone had their assistant or someone go on vacation, and now she’s not coming back, because she said she claimed she lost her passport or something like that.

It all boils down to the fact that these doctors don’t have good leadership or good control. Good leadership, good management all boils down to the fundamentals of having good control. We dentists are very technical. You’re a lab guy. You probably at least see some work that’s great, some work that’s not. I think in general, most dentists like control. We like to be able to make sure that we have things our way that we want it. I think that’s how good dentists are formed in dental school. We get it hammered into our heads that we should be very technical, follow systems and procedures and steps, over and over and over.

Well, I think in reading Dentaltown, I find that no one really teaches that, or there’s not many courses that teach that to dentists, to take control of their business, themselves, their employees, their staff, because if you can do that, it allows you to be much more successful. It frees you up to however you want to practice. In my practice, I like having time to be very methodical about the dental work that I do.

I knew how to do this, and I knew that it worked because I taught my friends and other dentists locally here. I was like, it’s time to expand. I spent two years creating this. Wrote it, recorded it. There’s 16 hours or more for the dentists. There’s a staff training portion and everything now. Just as prepping a crown, I can teach someone to understand how to approach a conversation with a difficult patient, or more importantly, a difficult staff member, to do it factually and get the results that you want and gain the control. That’s why I did it. I think it’s fun. I’ve always wanted to be a teacher of some sorts. The problem is that dental institution is, there’s so much red tape, you know? I don’t think that …

Shaun Keating: Yeah, absolutely.

Dr. Pham: You know. A lot of the CEs that you earn to be a good dentist is after dental school. Dental school gives you the fundamentals, but it’s an institution. It’s very hard to change.

Shaun Keating: Absolutely. Young guys coming in are kind of setting it up differently for dentists that in the old days, you just really had to get in the trenches. You were lucky to get mentored by someone that would kind of give you the heads up on which way to go and how to practice properly, because you do learn so much theory in college. To really get into the hands-on, and then also the management side, that is so important to be able to manage a staff. We always say here, with people and quality, the behavior that you receive is what you tolerate. It’s just that mindset that you really got to get your people in their positions and kind of just help them to learn the best way to achieve success in a dental practice. What you’re doing is just amazing. You have different things that you have on different videos and different things. Tell me a little bit about with your Dental Maverick program, is this your first one you guys are doing on August 4th and 5th in Austin? Is this going to be your first?

Dr. Pham: Yeah.

Shaun Keating: Awesome, dude.

Dr. Pham: The Dental Maverick program by itself is something that’s online-based. There’s a doctor training series and a staff. I have all these users. They were like, “Hey, why don’t you create a conference? We could all meet and learn a bunch of stuff together in person.” I was like, “All right. I’m going to get married first. Then after that, I’ve got time to create this thing.” Yeah. This is our first year. It’s going to be August 4th and 5th in glorious Austin, Texas. It’s going to be hot, but it’s going to be fun. We’ve got 12 amazing speakers lined up. I’m a fan of Ted Talks. I don’t know if you ever listen to those.

Shaun Keating: Sure. Awesome.

Dr. Pham: Ted Talks, part of the genius of Ted Talks is they make their presenters condense the time frame in a shorter amount. I’m not exactly following Ted Talks. I don’t limit my presentations for the CE for about 15 minutes or so. We stretch them a little longer, but like to get to the meat and potatoes of a presentations. You know, the actual gems that you can take home and actually implement. I have 12 speakers. I make them all condense their information. I review their information. I’m the teacher. I’m like, “Hey, send me your papers. I got to read all these things. I got to make sure it’s on track.” I read them all, and they’re all condensed to a great presentation.

We’re going to talk about everything, in regards to business, from mindset, how to achieve that mindset and recognize that you’re the only person that can affect a change in yourself and your business. We’re going to have practical advice in terms of internet marketing, search engine optimization, SEO. We have practical advice on how to control unreliable patience. Practical advice on how to, I’m going to present on how to mange your staff and what to say exactly. It’s a whole gamut of things. It’s going to be awesome. I can’t wait.

Shaun Keating: It is. It really is. You’ve got some really … Some of the guys that I know just through Dentaltown and stuff, and it’s not your big guys that have been out there, but these guys are young and up-and-comers. They’re really at top of their game, I think. I think the way they come across is they’re very approachable. They’re very knowledgeable. They’re there to help you and not preach to you, but kind of help you. There’s that one dude. I forgot. The [ski dock wave 00:15:33] guy. Is that guy coming?

Dr. Pham: Wade Pilling, yeah. Oh yeah. Absolutely. He’s going to be speaking.

Shaun Keating: He’s a skier guy with a boat and all that.

Dr. Pham: Yes, sir.

Shaun Keating: He does a lot of high-end cases. I see him get beat up a little bit by some guys or whatever, but that’s tough on Dentaltown. You’re not going to be able to please everybody. I always like the way he just gets in there and he does some great work, man. It’ll be kind of neat. I was kind of excited to see him. There’s a couple of other guys that I recognize too. You’ve got a really hot crew, man. What a great course. Is it two days? Is it Friday, Saturday? How does it work?

Dr. Pham: Good question. First of all, I want to point out something you mentioned. These are not long-term speaker guys. These are guys that are self-made dentists. They are experts at certain parts of dentistry. These guys are going to give you their facts on how they created this environment, which I like, because some people, they’ve been out of dentistry so long. They speak very well, but it’s more philosophical. These guys are in the trenches every day doing dentistry. That’s the cool part about it.

In regards to the conference, it’s two days. Friday, we all meet up. Why? Because I like to have fun. I’m a fan of having fun. I think if you’re going to go to CE, I hope you have fun. I feel also, a lot of dentists, we’re kind of shy at the beginning. A lot of dentists, they’re kind of introverted. They’re kind of quiet. They’re really cool people, but they’ve got to break out of their shell a little. Friday, we’re all going to meet up. I’ve got good Texas food. I’ve got drinks. We’re going to have fun. I rented out this old train station that we’re going to set everything up. We’re going to start with Friday by just meeting up. Dinner, drinks, break the ice. I’ve got something for you all to mingle and meet. Then we feel comfortable with each other. I’ll be there. All the speakers will be there. We’ll get some preliminary questions and everything answered, but this is a good way to get us motivated and revved for Saturday.

Saturday is a long day. We’ve got about 12 hours of presentations to cover. Yeah, there’s a lot of stuff, but you’re talking about barbecue. I’ve got Stubb’s Barbecue being catered. All this is included in the attendance, if you register. We’ve got a long day Saturday. Then, hey, I don’t want you to have to worry about finding somewhere to eat or do anything else. I’ve got dinner and drinks covered Saturday also. That’s how we cement our friendships, create lasting relationships. It’s going to be a different type of inversion.

Shaun Keating: I’m excited. Just hearing about it, I get excited.

Dr. Pham: I’m excited. I know.

Shaun Keating: Stubb’s, I always see that chubby little Stubb’s dude on the barbecue sauce that I buy all the time, Stubb’s barbecue.

Dr. Pham: There you go.

Shaun Keating: I never knew he had his own barbecue place, but I guess he does, huh?

Dr. Pham: Yeah.

Shaun Keating: That’s so neat.

Dr. Pham: Yes, sir. We’re going to have Stubb’s barbecue.

Shaun Keating: I get his spicy sauce. I like that stuff, man.

Dr. Pham: I love the spicy sauce. Yeah.

Shaun Keating: How many CE credits are going to be available for this? Is it eight credits? Are you giving out CE credits? How does that work?

Dr. Pham: You’ve got a good question. Right now, this is business-focused. There’s nothing clinical, really. There’s not clinical CEs presented with it, but I’ll tell you what, you’re going to learn so much that you’re going to go back Monday morning, implement this. You’re going to make more profits, more productivity. You can take whatever clinical CE you want to do.

Shaun Keating: There you go. I just say that because we do stuff here. It’s like, okay, am I getting paid? Am I getting this? Different credits, you know, these doctors. A lot of times, they go to these courses to get their credits and not to learn anything, but they have to get their credits to keep their license. This is kind of a different things. I think it’s something you can really take home, because it does go the full gamut. I’ll say it up front, too. I’m one of the sponsors of it. I’m behind it. I wouldn’t sponsor unless I really believed in it. It’s because it’s just such a broad spectrum from management of your staff to how to prep on be it monolithic cases, in-house CEREC cases and/or full implant cases and stuff like that. It sounds like you’ve got a little mouse on the wheel over there. It’s something across the board. It’s pretty cool. We’re excited about it too. We’re looking forward to coming out there and seeing that for sure.

Tell me a little bit about with digital technology in your practice. I know you’re a CEREC guy. Do you do any impression taking, digital systems? Have you looked into them? Tell me a little bit about your digital experience and what you think going forward in dentistry, how much of an impact that will have.

Dr. Pham: I’m a CEREC guy, so I can’t really comment on any digital impression systems. I’ve seen some of their videos and demos. They look very cool, but I’m a CEREC guy. I like the CEREC because I like the control. The reason I started doing more digital work is because I send cases off. If I send a case off, I look at my cases and I make sure there’s no bubbles, nothing on the [inaudible 00:20:36]. Once it gets out of my hands, I don’t like the loss of control. There are steps. The stone can be poured a little wrong. I had some issues with my local labs where the cases would come back to me. I sent appropriate impressions. I would get stuff that didn’t fit.

I decided, hey, you know what? I’m going to bypass that. I went to CEREC because I like control. Make sure my margins are clean. I like to know my own stuff. I like to glaze. I like to put the staining in the grooves and stuff like that. I like to put a little decalicifications on the cusp tips. Stuff like that. I find that fun. It’s a break for my mind. I use that to send CEREC cases, CEREC connect to you guys. I do gold crowns too. I think gold crowns are beautiful. I think it’s a lost art. I like it that I don’t have to send messy impressions. It blows my mind that you can send these beautiful digital images across the internet to someone else and they create this model and mill it. Yeah, gold crowns, I like gold crowns. The problem is, I live in an area where people are sometimes more interested in the looks of things. I’m like, “Are you sure you don’t want gold? It’s good.” “No, no, no. I don’t want to see gold.”

Shaun Keating: Yeah, we get the same problem here in Hollywood and all this stuff. They want the total [inaudible 00:22:00] white. It’s like, if they only knew that in the back of the mouth, number one or two, or 30, 31, you’re not going to see those teeth. Gold would go to the grave with you, man. It’s never going to break. It’s beautiful. Yeah, and we know. CEREC connect, it’s awesome, dude. Most of our CEREC doctors that send me their work, other work, I do a lot of their veneers. I’ll do the gold work, stuff like that.

They’re our best dentists, because they really see everything so highly magnified. It’s a different breed of dentists, really. I think some of the CEREC guys and other systems, they’re the best guys we’ve got, because they’re used to seeing it so magnified. We get great preps. We get, you know, it’s just the nature of the beast when you work with that magnification. It comes back, especially after a few months of doing it over and over.

Dr. Pham: Every once in a while, I’ll pull up an old case just to look at it. When I look at my old CEREC 2.8 or something cases, and I look at my first ones that I had prepped and stuff, my margins are so much better now. It’s a class move, and it’s because, yeah, it blows it up 30 times or whatever it is. Now it’s like, I was like, what happened there? CEREC for anything is a piece of technology. It’s appropriate for the cases that you as a clinician should diagnose and see if it works well. When you use it properly, I think it’s very good. It’s convenience for the patients, and this is anecdotal.

I’ll just throw this out, but I’ve lost all my root canal skills. I no longer do endo, because part of the reason is I had more education on it. I think I [inaudible 00:23:40] and stuff like that. I find that because with the CEREC, if you can prep a tooth and you can seal the dentinal tubes up right away with a permanent crown, teeth don’t get beat up. It’s much less of a probability of having that irreversible pulpitis. That’s one of the side benefits. Yes, it’s just a tool. It’s a machine. If you understand the use of it, I think it’s good. I think it’s great. You have CEREC for the other stuff.

Shaun Keating: Yeah, that’s awesome, dude. I’ve got guys that they’re MacGuyver and they try to do a little bit of everything, but then guys like you. “Hey, I don’t want to do endo. I’m going to do this. I’m going to do what I do, what I like best, and refer out other stuff,” because sometimes you can be one person that does everything, but maybe you’re only 60%, 70% proficient in those certain techniques. It is important that you do things right, instead of just kind of do things halfway. It’s kind of important that you do specialize if you’re going to start doing endo and stuff, and probably learn how to do it right so you don’t have to start paying for endo down the street, because everyone that you start, “Well, I need to an endodontist,” and you’re going to eat that one. I don’t know. It’s just something. Do what you do best, and do it right.

Tell me real quick, because we like to keep these short and sweet too. Tell me how can the doctors find out where to go for your seminar here. Is it called the Dental Maverick? What’s it called? Tell us what it is.

Dr. Pham: It’s called Dental Maverick Summit. It’s very easy. Go to www.dentalmavericksummit.com and all that information is on there. We’ve got a cool video that gives you a preview of some of the speakers. You can click on the speakers to find more information. It’s going to be a great conference. Like I said, all the doctors so far that I’ve looked up that are coming, they seem to be very cool, motivated doctors. It’s going to be a good event. We great good relationships, and you’re going to learn a ton of stuff.

Shaun Keating: I think it is. I really am. I’m kind of excited when I saw, because a lot of young and rising stars in it, including yourself, man. It’s something that I think a lot of these seminars, you’re going to get the guys get on their soapbox and kind of go over the same old things that we’ve all heard. I think we’ve got a bunch of fresh, new faces that we’re going to come along. Even with you, you’re helping clients double their profit. That’s the whole thing with me. My sales are only up. I used to be double digits all the time. My profits are up. I think that’s almost more important. If I can’t increases sales by double digits, at least my profit is up double digits. That’s important in not only a dental laboratory, but a dental office. I just think from what you bring and what the other guys bring, I think it’s something that’s going to be very valuable. Can I ask, is it okay if we say the price of this program to let the doctors out there know?

Dr. Pham: Yeah. I’ll tell you what. It’s one of the most reasonably priced CEs with amazing speakers, and like I said, food and drinks included. Right now it’s only $749.

Shaun Keating: Dude, that is a bargain. That’s great.

Dr. Pham: It goes up the 15th of July, but right now, it’s $749 because it’s our first year doing it. Like I said, all drinks, dinner, lunch, breakfast included. You’ve got 12 amazing speakers, real-life doctors that have built their practices up from the ground up. They’re not spoon-fed. They’ve got real advice that will motivate you, help you change perspective, give you a bunch of advice that Monday morning, you can take back and you’re ready to affect the change, because no one can make a change except yourself. It’s like quitting smoking. Unless you’re ready, it’s not going to happen. We will motivate you to be ready.

Shaun Keating: That’s it, man. I’m excited, dude.

Dr. Pham: I’m excited to meet you too.

Shaun Keating: We’re going to be there. I’ve got a couple of my staff going to be there too.

Dr. Pham: Awesome.

Shaun Keating: Maybe we could throw in a crown or two for some of these dental clients. It’ll be even a better value that, you know, that’ll figure that out. You throw that in, it’s going to cost you $400 or whatever. We’ll throw something in, help the dentists out too. I’m excited and looking forward to it. Dude, man. I know we don’t do a lot with you, but how are our crowns, like on the CEREC connects and stuff? We doing okay?

Dr. Pham: They look great. I’ll tell you what. Once I send that case over on CEREC connect and it comes back, it’s like a glove.

Shaun Keating: You’re the man. It takes two to tango, baby. Dr. Pham, man, I want to thank you for this. I know you’re so busy. I appreciate after a full day of work. I know after 4th of July yesterday, we’re all coming back to work. I’ve been digging out all day. I know you were working until half and hour ago and you just got in. Dude, thank you so much, man. I look forward. I’m going to see you in about, heck, a month now.

Dr. Pham: A month. I look forward to it.

Shaun Keating: Let’s do it. Dude, I just can’t thank you enough for coming on board and doing our podcast today. Again, Dr. Pham …

Dr. Pham: Thanks for the invite.

Shaun Keating: Thank you so much, dude. We’ll talk to you real soon.

Dr. Pham: Absolutely. Thank you for the invite. I appreciate it.

Shaun Keating: Thanks, doctor. All right. Hey, I’d like to thank everyone for tuning in to this week’s Dental Up Podcast. If you could, go onto iTunes and leave us a review. Thanks again, and we’ll see you next week. Thanks again, Dr. Pham. I’ll talk to you soon. Later, dude.

Dr. Pham: All right. Later, dude.
