Job Description
Keating Dental Lab, a fast paced, family-owned dental laboratory, located in Irvine, CA is seeking a Director of Sales.
Director of Sales will report to the President and will be a member of the Company’s leadership team. He/She will be responsible for providing leadership and management of the Company’s sales organization, in-bound and out-bound sales activities nationwide, which include: driving the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals through their efforts along with efforts of their sales team. He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all sales operations, including customer retention, lead generation and customer acquisition along with market competitiveness, pricing, and distribution.
Other Responsibilities May Include
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
- Manage the sales team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Manage the use of budgets
- Define optimal sales force structure
- Hire, develop and manage sales staff
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
- Maintain key customer relationships, participate in closing strategic opportunities and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
- Integrate the marketing function to establish successful support and partner programs
- Potential travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ of sales leadership experience
- 7+ years’ of experience in sales
- Strong leadership skills
- Dental and/or Dental Laboratory experience preferred

Job Description
Keating Dental Lab is seeking an individual for full-time position with the Shipping/Receiving Department.
Two years of Dental lab experience is preferred. Need to be proficient with a computer and able to work in a fast-paced work environment. Job duties entail data entry, supply fulfillments, checking on ship dates/calling back offices as needed, check for inbound digital cases and log in, as well as shipping & receiving cases each day.

Keating Dental Lab, a full service digitally equipped dental laboratory, is looking for an experienced full-time Full Crown & Bridge CAD/CAM Designer.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of CAD/CAM design experience and a great work ethic.

Keating Dental Lab is currently looking for a Technical Advisor to assist our customers with dental related questions.
Your primary duties are:
assisting customers via telephone with their request as well as possibly routing calls to various departments. You must have the ability to answer multiple phone lines and are able to place calls on hold and or transfer calls. You will be required to multi-task, and effectively use time management. You must be punctual and have excellent vocal and written communication skills.
Other Specific Skills Required
- 2 Years Experience (minimum) in Dental industry, including dental technology
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Proficient with; Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Faxing and Printing
