The ideal candidate must have at least two years of CAD/CAM design experience and a great work ethic. Must be knowledgeable of 3Shape / Exocad scanning and design software and able to trouble shoot problems with individual cases. Must have experience working with and processing various digital scans and modeless cases.

Your primary duties are:
Assisting customers via telephone with their request as well as possibly routing calls to various departments.
